In 1985 Jack and Dean Corbett purchased the then floudering Equus restaurant in hopes of fulfilling a dream of owning and operating a four star fine dining restaurant. After nearly 23 years , several expansions and a smooth lounge named after Dean's now deceased father, Equus and Jack's lounge continue to uphold the tradition of excellence in fine dining.
Equus accepts Reservations Monday through Saturday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Please call (502) 897-9721 to make your reservations. Jack's, which is open from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, does not accept reservations. Food in Jack's is served from 5:00 until 11:00 pm. Equus and Jack's are both located in the Mariposa Center at 122 Sears Ave. in St. Matthews. |
