Detail: The place where you now sit was once an active limestone rock quarry dating back to the late 1800’s. The walls that create the backdrop for the RockWall restuarant and patio area are left from that original quarry. The Cathedral Room is part of the original structure that was at one time a four room cottage. You can see original pictures of the cottage on the mantle in the lobby. Guy Sillings has been in the restaurant business for 30 years. After a 3 year hiatus, he and his wife Joni wanted to bring a different type of restuarant to this area. Fine dining without all the stuffiness. An atmosphere where someone can feel just as relaxed in a pair of slacks, as in a pair of jeans. RockWall is that restaurant. We take pride in creating a truly unique dining experience. Our fine array of herbs and flowers are supplied from regional and local producers.
