Joe's OK Bayou   

Joe's OK Bayou was opened in Louisville, KY on February 20, 1995 conveniently before Mardi Gras that year. Since then, we have doubled the size of the premise and have become the staple of Cajun food in all of Louisville. Along with making a name for ourselves over the past decade, we have garnered the Reader's Choice award in the category of "Best Cajun" in town along with multiple top 5 finishes at Churchill Downs with our award-winning chili! Of course, every year during Mardi Gras, you can expect beads, King Cakes, music and hurricanes making an appearance during the festivities at Joe's OK Bayou. Although we have a full bar, we are a casual, informal eatery suited for kids and adults alike. If you plan on bringing a group, you can call ahead for reservations. Nightly food specials include all-you-can-eat on the Cajun entrees (gumbo, jambalaya, etouffee, etc.) while $3.00 is taken off of the Specialty Dinners (gator, shrimp, oysters, etc.). Happy Hour is from 5-8 pm Monday-Friday and during ALL Kentucky and Louisville ballgames!
