Kentucky Derby, 2001, Chef Edward Lee, in search of the great American dining experience, happened upon the legendary local restaurant, 610 Magnolia. For 25 years, it stood as the touchstone of high Louisville cuisine under the guidance of its former chef and owner who was about to retire his career and the 610 Magnolia name.
