Bourbons Bistro is uniquely Kentucky, featuring fine southern-inspired cuisine and
130 plus bourbons. Come and celebrate over 200 years of Kentucky tradition.
Bourbon Bistro opened in April of 2005 and hit the ground running with a 3 1/2 star rating
from the Courier Journal, as well as being named a Best New Restaurant of 2005. In addition, Bourbons Bistro was named American Icon of Whisky - Restaurant and Bars 2006 by Whisky Magazine.
Locally owned, Bourbons Bistro is just two miles from downtown at 2255
Frankfort Avenue. Our historic building dating back to 1877, provides a great
setting for the upscale-casual interior that is warm and inviting. Outdoor dining is
available on a seasonal basis. Experienced staff is dedicated to providing an
exceptional dining experience.

(Mar. 8 2008) This is an exceptional find in dinning. Every meal is delicious ! We have been 3 times and tried something different each time. Always delighted with our choices. We share bites from our meals and we always get the Duck Contet Strudel!!! Oh my gosh !!! you will think your in heaven !!! Orgamsmic for the taste buds! Thank you ! I'd love to come learn how to cook just that for my husband.. He doesn't share to well when it comes to the duck! We always drop some cash when we've been the least we've ever spend was $75 and the most was $180 but every time and every dollar well spent and much deserved appreciated meal . Shelbyille is so generic.. and so are most resturants in our thoughts. This is the exception to dinning out. DELICIOUS!!!! Offensive? |
